Closure Order |

Dear Courtfield Ward,
Today, I attended Westminster Magistrates Court and successfully applied for a Full Closure Order.
This afternoon, Officers attended an address on Collingham Road where a vulnerable person had been exploited by a group of individuals known to police, over a period of time, which had caused anti social behaviour issues in and around the building.
A Closure Order means that the flat will be closed for the next three months and anyone who enters these premises are committing an offence under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 - Part 4, Chapter 3, Section 80.
We Police, want to give a big thank you to the residents who provided their statements; reported ASB, which aided officers in pursuing an application for a closure order.
